NEW processing tends to be a FIFO, and there's still quite a lot of
stuff in front of mixlibs - http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html

Sorry, new job (and moving between NYC and London) has basically
destroyed my free time over the last month. I'll try and make some
time for this over the next few days.
