In case you haven't been following along on my twitter, we've pushed
0.10.4.rc.4 today.
CHEF-1439 [1] had some regressions in the apt package provider that
have taken a little work to fix. Hopefully we've got them squashed,
but we would appreciate anyone testing the package provider on
debian/ubuntu just to be sure.
Remember, "sudo gem install chef --pre --no-rdoc -no-ri && sudo
chef-client" is all it takes to pitch in :)
We're looking at a Friday release now to provide time for testing for
regressions in this release candidate.
Note that the 'knife help' topics didn't get generated, so 'knife
help' won't work, but we'll get those in the final release.
