[chef-dev] Chef with RabbitMQ HA

Apologies for the repost from the other chef mailing list, but I wanted to be 
as thorough as possible.

Well, to get right to the meat of it all: Is it currently possible to have 
Chef interact with high availability RabbitMQ (queues) apart from editing the 
amqp files directly (ie via configuration parameters)?
