- if your pwd is in a cookbook subdir, have 'knife cookbook upload' with 
no arguments upload the cookbook you are working on.

on the one hand it saves typing, on the other hand bryan is concerned 
about it being more brittle and complicated than its worth...

i can spend a little time to fix the other issues bryan raised, but is 
it worth it overall or not?
