Wow, line breaks are awesome, wonder where they went. Here's a slightly
longer triage report, complete with additional line breaks. Just in case, ya
know.
Andrea Campi has been quite busy adding support for FreeBSD to a
number of cookbooks, which is totally awesome. We also have a number
of other tickets with pull requests that will be merged.
** To Merge:
COOK-861 - mod_perl for apache2
COOK-870 - add bluepill init style to nginx
COOK-889 - apt_repository LWRP should be able to overwrite existing
repo source files
COOK-909 - chef-client's upstart configuration is not getting
triggered on the correct event
COOK-916 - configuration option max_fsm_pages removed
COOK-920 - FreeBSD support in munin cookbook
COOK-922 - add separate allowed incoming distros to config, will merge
but need to document new field for data bag, and allow for nil value
in the item
COOK-941 - FreeBSD support in apache2::mod_auth_openid
COOK-942 - FreeBSD support in java cookbook
COOK-943 - init script for bluepill on FreeBSD
COOK-945 - FreeBSD support in mysql cookbook
COOK-952 - FreeBSD support in ntp cookbook
COOK-953 - FreeBSD support in the xml cookbook
** Other:
COOK-426 - re-opened, rather than using a separate preseeding
directory, we should use the file cached location built into the
package provider
COOK-835 - re-opened, branch is no longer available
COOK-860 - reviewed this, but we'll need to test the interactions
between the cookbooks more
COOK-921 - on hold for later review, pending COOK-889
