[chef-dev] re-opened ticket

Hi :-)

I reopened the ticket http://tickets.opscode.com/browse/CHEF-630 a
month ago, but it seems like nobody notice it. It probably didn't
notify the people involved.

I'd like to know if someone could confirm the bug. I see it very
clear, but I can be wrong.

The fix is very easy (just move one line down) but I ddin't chenged to
"resolved" because I'd like someone could confirm it first.

Basicaly, the issue is with the deploy provider which tries to enforce
the ownership of some directories before to verify (and create if they
doesn't exist) those directories. Oviously it raises an error when the
directories doesn't exist.
