[chef-dev] Cookbook resolvers

Hi,

I am new to Chef (and Ruby), but it's interesting to know - is it
possible to plug custom "cookbook resolvers" into Chef Colo?
I don't want to install Librarian to impose more "play by convention"
rules, so a lightweight resolver might be a better variant.

The role of resolver is to find (or download) a missing cookbook and
return a (cookbook resource?) - I don't know how cookbooks are
represented.
