  COOK-1363 - Samba user password assignment fails on systems using dash as 
default shell
  COOK-1242 - resolver should collect nameservers using a server role

Other: 
  COOK-1078 -- Handle advanced bindings of IIS, allow for multiple 
host_header, port and protocol by website
  Closed - Already merged
  COOK-1337 - Maven LWRP should allow you to specify a destination filename 
in addition to the destination directory
  Reopened - Cleanup the pull request please
  COOK-1294 - Permissions setting on various directories in chef-client 
doesn't work correctly on windows
  Reopened - Test on Chef 10.12.0
  COOK-1392 - support ubuntu 12.04
  Reopened - Needs resolvconf package to work
