We're working on fixing some deploy resource regressions in 10.14.0+ caused 
by whyrun.

To merge:
  CHEF-707 - Change "gid" to "group" for the User Resource
  CHEF-3438 - Allow Chef::REST.new() to read raw keys

Other:
  CHEF-2906 - Knife fails on chef-client with 'Cipher is not a module 
(TypeError)'
  Reopened - side affects?
  CHEF-3375 - remote_file support for URL lists to use as mirrors
  Reopened - clean branch against master, simplify #source
