Ohai, Chefs!

I've released a beta gem of test-kitchen version 0.7.0. If you can give it
a whirl, please do. I'd like to release the new version next week.

gem install test-kitchen --pre

Important changes:

* KITCHEN-5: Create Openstack Runner
* KITCHEN-40: Removes the cookbooks build-essential, yum, apt, git and rvm
from the default Cheffile.
