To Merge:
- COOK-2175: Template cookbook attribute expecting a string, getting 
symbol instead.
- COOK-2200: Templates and Services from data bags don't specify 
intervals in the same way as the rest of the cookbook.
- COOK-2202: Fix typo in the memcached cookbook.

Other:

- COOK-2051: Reopen, multiple proposed changes to submission in ticket 
comment.
- COOK-2163: Reopen, multiple proposed changes to submission in ticket 
comment.
- COOK-2198: Reopen, Why does the nagios::server_package recipe need make?
- COOK-2199: Wontfix, We found that you must leave in the depends 
"windows" for the recipe to work on windows.
- COOK-2156: Reviewed, merge must Wait for CHEF-3445 to be done then we 
can merge 2156.
- COOK-2197: Reopen, pointed at COOK-760 needs merge conflict fixup.
