[chef-dev] OHAI-428: root_group plugin

I've rewritten my patch for providing the root_group attribute from ohai. 
This version is /very/ smart, using either Etc#pwdnam or 
WMI::Win32_Group#find, which means I don't trust it at all until we've got 
real life testing. I need testing for:

• linux: root group
• solaris: root group
• bsd & mac: wheel group
• aix: system group
• hpux: sys group
• windows: Administrator group
