  COOK-2391 - The RabbitMQ cookbook should parametrize SSL "verify" & 
"fail_if_no_peer_cert"
  COOK-2350 - Nagios server fails to start when installed via source on 
Ubuntu/Debian

  CHEF-3842 - Incorrect platform provider map used when platform version 
number contains three parts
  Reopened - Needs unit tests
  CHEF-1031 - remote file resource should handle ftp urls
  Reviewed - Func test, refactor #initialize
  COOK-2378 - php_pear does not work for libevent
  Closed - install the libevent-dev package
  COOK-2387 - Pitti Postgresql PPA is deprecated
  Reopened - Allow codename to be set by attribute to use unsupported distros
  COOK-2390 - Recipes to auto-generate many postgresql.conf settings, 
following "initdb" and "pgtune"
  Reopened - Use libraries for all that code
  COOK-2392 - correctly configure a rabbitmq cluster
  Reopened - use the service resource.
