[chef-dev] Test Kitchen repository - master update

Ohai Chef Developers,

FYI for those of you following along with test-kitchen development, the "1.0" 
branch is now master. The previous master branch (for the 0.x version series) 
is available as legacy-0.7.

We're going to update the JIRA KITCHEN tickets and link them up where 
appropriate with the current GitHub issues in the test-kitchen repository. 
We're planning to start closing in on features/fixes for a beta->RC cycle.
