  COOK-3065 - Ark install action does not symlink binaries correctly
  COOK-3077 - Python - pip fails to install when ['python']['install_method'] 
== 'source'
  COOK-3063 - Ark cookbook cherry_pick action's unzip command does not close 
if statement

Other:
  COOK-3030 - The repo_source attribute should allow you to not add any 
additional repositories to your node
  Wrote Code - Handle default values, fix docs
  COOK-3087 - Can't use ark with chef < 11
  Reopened - More heavy duty checking for Chef 10.
