[chef-dev] Chef 11, changing default admin password before installation?

Hi everyone,
I was trying to figure out if there's a way to change the default password for
the webui? So far I figured that I should be most likely building my own deb
package. However, the only bit of code that seem to be defining this setting 
is
here:

But not sure how is it referenced from within erchef? erchef pulls
omnibus-software, which then pulls everything from setup recipe. Nothing seems
to be referencing omnibus-chef-server. I'm sure I'm missing something.
Any pointers?
