[chef-dev] Remove ree dependency from Chefspec

I was casually reading the Chefspec .travis.yml file and I noticed this line:

rvm:
  - ree       # Remove on July 1, 2013

So I did what it asked and drafted a pull request to remove it here https://github.com/andrewgross/chefspec/commit/4bc678a5f7842d2980a769eb18949e3d5e40de4c

Currently Travis says Ruby 2.0 fails on my pull request, unsure if it is related to this change.  Any more knowledgeable about this care to chime in?
