Yaml is already available with no additional libraries and gets much further
toward a human-friendly syntax, so I see it as a bit of a compromise. It
allows knife diff and similar to work since an object can be reserialized but
is a bit nicer than JSON. I think you were being sarcastic but I am actually
all in favor of a TOML syntax plugin :-)
