  Reopened - This functionality could be in another cookbook
  COOK-3835 - openvpn server.conf doesn't allow custom configuration
options not already explicitly declared in the template
  Reopened - Should be a dynamic configuration
  COOK-3865 - Create hints and reload immediately
  Reopened - JSON in JSON?
