[chef-dev] Append recipe to run_list

I was wondering if it's possible to append a recipe to the run list of a Chef
run.

I want to be able to define the recipe somewhere in the middle, during compile
time, but want it to be added to the end of the list (so, at the end of
compiling).

I've been looking at the RunContext#include_recipe and RunContext#load_recipe
methods, but so far haven't found any way to solve this.

Is this possible?
