  CHEF-5038 - Setting NGINX logs to non-standard dir in chef-server doesn't 
work

Other:
  CHEF-2615 - Freebsd package provider should use passive FTP by default
  Reopened - Needs unit test patches
  CHEF-3399 - Make data_bag_path an array like cookbook_path
  Reopened - Not sure if we want to merge data bag items
