Digging through KNIFE pull requests today. Matt Ray is still working
on KNIFE-231 to fix issues with not being able to specify network ids
on openstack.

Other:
  KNIFE-386 - knife windows should test winrm session is ready before 
connecting
  Reopened - We need a knife-windows patch
  KNIFE-368 - Ability to specify metadata during OpenStack server create
  Reviewed - Need to test this out
  KNIFE-171 - Allow to use multiple tags with same keys
  Reviewed - Closed old pull request, waiting on changes.
  KNIFE-108 - No Timeout for knife ec2 server create tcp_test_ssh
  Reviewed - Closed old pull request, waiting on changes.
  KNIFE-376 - Add --no-bootstrap-node option
  Wontfix - Use the KNIFE-294 feature to share creds and use the ec2 tools
