  OHAI-541 - Ohai fails to collect ec2 metadata if one of the
resources returns a 404
  Reopened - Catch the remaining places were we could try to nil.split
  CHEF-5313 - Allow block to inform converge_by of updated status
  Wontfix - Failure inside of converge_by should always be raised
  CHEF-5299 - cron/unix provider incorrectly checks exit status of crontab
  Reopened - Need to verify behavior of return of 1, add tests
  CHEF-3193 - LOCK_TIMEOUT in yum-dump.py should be configurable from
resource or client.rb
  Reviewed - Use yum_timeout rather than adding another configuration value
