Hey folks! Missed ya'll while I was out on vacation. #chefhugs

Merge:
  CHEF-4298 - dependencies in metadata.rb require a space
  CHEF-5348 - group::usermod provider should use solaris2-like
switches on omnios
  CHEF-5168 - Apt Package provider times out if a package takes >10
minutes to install

Other:
  CHEF-5322 - Add helper to validate paths and hint user about problems
  Reviewed - Need to fix 1.8.7 error with File.absolute_path
