Merge:
  MIXLIB-30 - Add the argument 'in' to specify the valid values of an option
  CHEF-5347 - The solaris service provider code returns an error
checking the status of a nonexistent service.

Other:
  CHEF-5356 - Encrypted data bags should use different HMAC key and
include the IV in the HMAC
  Reviewed - Looks good. Wonder if we could get someone with crypto
experience to review it?
