We first talked for a while with a user having issues with a template
and helped give them some guidance. Then we moved on to Chef code
review.

Chef  #1747 - Fix OSX Group provider to be properly idempotent
What is the idempotency issue? Add a unit test.

Chef  #1731 - Replace single quotes with double-quotes.
Merged - Minor fix, not a style change per se.

Chef #1726 - support version constraints in value_for_platform
Use the existing platform version comparison code
