This release also included an upgrade to OpenSSL 1.0.0n on Windows and
1.0.1i on other platforms which addresses the security advisory
released on 2014-08-06 by OpenSSL.

The 11.1.4 Server release included this update but we had missed it on
the client. Special thanks to Jesse Hu for noticing and getting the
ball rolling on us including it. I'm naming you MVP for 11.16.0
post-release Jesse :).
