Someone from IRC caught our announcement today and asked cookbook
development questions live, which was a nice change from just doing
code review. Remember you're all welcome to join and talk about Chef
development. It's usually client developers in the hangout, but we
could track down server people if it helps you.

Merge:
  Chef #2212 - add service provider for OpenBSD

Other:
  Chef #2310 - fix node attribute inspect vs to_s problem
  Needs a unit test

  Chef #2177 - add package support for OpenBSD
  Should we have a different default mirror

  Chef #1926 - Client name should not be coupled to node name.
  Needs a test fixed and a unit test.
