Some quick notes from today's IRC meeting...

Merged:

* On Demand Cookbook Libraries RFC

* Specify the quanitity of each role

* Remove roadmapping as an LT responsibility

Closed, not merging:

* Restrict search to current environment by default

* adding add-yum_repository-to-core

Still in progress:

* Lcg/node state separation
