Note to OSX users: If you use the version of chef-client (12.2.1) packaged in
the ChefDK to converge your workstation, you probably don’t want to update.
There is a bug in chef-client 12.2.1 which uses the macports package provider
instead of the homebrew package provider. This has been fixed in chef-client
12.3.0 and I am immediately working on a ChefDK 0.5.1 release which includes
this updated chef-client version.
