[chef-dev] Chef Server Merger: Complete

Hello Chef Software Developers,

The previously announced merger of the Chef Server repositories is now
complete[0].

The new repository can be found here: https://github.com/chef/chef-server

New chef-server packages will be built from the chef-server repository
and TravisCI has been reconfigured to work with the new repository
structure.

All issues and PRs[1] have been moved and deprecation notices have
been posted in the old repositories.  Please file any new bug reports
or feature requests about Chef Server to the chef-server repository.

Thanks to Seth Chisamore for th last-minute help to ensure that the
jenkins pipelines keep working.

Please let us know if you run into any problems with the new
repository.
