Some quick notes from today's IRC meeting...

Approved for merge:

* Telemetry subsystem : Capture and expose chef run performance metrics

* Define actions directly on resources

* Remove method_missing and make Chef::Resource unspecial

Still in progress:

* Initial draft of an ohai configuration specification

The ohai configuration specification is pending next week's meeting or the 

completion of chef-config
