Ohai Chefs!

I've just pushed version 1.37.0 of the Windows cookbook to the Supermarket.

In this release, we've merged in a number of pull requests and closed out a number of issues around 'windows_task'.  We've also got some hackery to deal with some of the new provider resolution logic in 12.3.0.

We've now got a basic .kitchen.yml that works with the recent Test-Kitchen releases that support Windows guests, as well as some tests around the 'windows_task' resource (and more to come!).
