Hello Team,

We are ingesting our chef server logs in splunk and planning to monitor all the activities to raise an alarm and build dashboards in case any violation happens.

PFA all the metrics and logs that we are planning to monitor in Splunk.

Please suggest how we can make the most of chef-Splunk integration  . 

We would like like to see :

• What other metrics other teams are monitoring with Splunk apart from what are specified in the attached sheet.
• What kind of dashboards they are setting up (to check the patterns of the errors , raise alerts etc).

Any information around Splunk-chef integration will be great.
