[chef-dev] When building a custom ChefDK what should I appbundle?

I'm experimenting with omnibus and wonder if I should appbundle all the knife plugins or not?

I also wonder why there's no 'appbundle "chef"' here https://github.com/chef/omnibus-chef/blob/master/config/software/chefdk.rb#L83-L87
