Feature Proposals

Hi all!

We've been busily cooking up some more ideas about new features in
Chef, and before we started putting things in tickets and doing work,
we wanted to get your feedback on them.  We stuck them in a new area
of the wiki, called 'Feature Proposals':

I'm sure that some of you have some floating around in your heads as
well - please add your own feature proposals!

Is the beginning of a process that will allow you to specify
information about your cookbooks, that we'll consume with things like
the Chef Server to build more feature-rich UIs.  Give us some love,
and let us know what you need.
