[chef] Chef Client logging in opscode/cookbooks

All,

I just closed COOK-135[1], to have client logs by default go to STDOUT, since the default behavior is to set up a runit service for the client, and runit handles stdout already. On clients, you can change the node attribute chef[:client_log] to "STDOUT" and it will do the right thing.

If you're wondering where the logs are from runit services, by default:

/etc/sv/chef-client/log/main/current

Red Hat/CentOS will log to /var/log/chef/client.log as they did before.
