Once we ship 0.7.14, we'll have the current 0.8 branch become the
master.  Assuming there are no critical big fixes that require an
0.7.16, the next release will be 0.8.0.

The current status of 0.8.0 is that the API is working, the Web UI is
still in flux, and it hasn't had much documentation written about new
features yet.  Our goal is to get it out ASAP, but we want to make
sure it's a solid release.
