Thanks very much for your information.

But I could not find the couchdb_database config option in my /etc/chef/server.rb... Is it because that it is not supported in my current version (0.7.12)?

Sure.  What you'll need to do is alter the couchdb_database config
option in /etc/chef/server.rb for each separate environment.  You'll
also want to set up separate stomp queues if you are using the
indexer.
