Hi!

I've reproduced this on a fresh 8.04.4 install. Looks like
libuuidtools-ruby1.8 is not installable, and therefore neither is
libchef-ruby1.8. I've opened a ticket for this issue:
http://tickets.opscode.com/browse/CHEF-1436
