[chef] 0.9.x RPMs via ELFF

Hai all -

Could anyone related to ELFF comment on 0.9 RPMs? ISTR you guys
package chef for internal use - if that's so, could you share your
plans for 0.9 packages at all?  I should note: I'm most grateful for
the 0.8 RPMs that are available; this is by no means nagging - just
interested in any timelines you might have :-)
