[chef] Re: Chef 0.9.8 CentOS/RHEL 5 packages - testing

Not sure when the dependency crept up but as of 0.9.8 the knife/ssh.rb
module requires net-ssh 2.0.23.  This at least breaks the knife rackspace
create command, not sure what else.
