Yes, I do. Workflow has changes bubble up from scratch / test /
integration through to stage envs that are as similar to production as
possible. I aim to catch issues during this process, of course.

However, and you can call me a misguided wuss, I still like to check a
(perhaps imperfect) dry run on production envs before pulling the trigger.
