I built a web UI using Sinatra which provides allows people to create
new data bags with the correct structure, and disable user accounts.

It doesn't support editing at the moment, since it's not a problem
that I had, but it could be added. If there's any interest I'll have a
word with the client and see if they're ok with me open sourcing the
bits which aren't specific to them.
