Since you use Gmail you can use the list-unsubscribe mechanism.  Click 'show details' in the upper right hand side and then click the 'unsubscribe from this mailing-list' link displayed in the headers. 

Google now does this correctly based on RFC 2369.   My friend actually co-authored this RFC in the 90's.  (Josh Baer)
