Hello all,

I'm delighted to announce that Joshua Timberman will be in London at the end 
of the month, and delivering his Chef Fundamentals class.  This is 
conveniently timed to occur just before the Advanced Training that Patrick is 
hosting on the 3rd and 4th of Feb.
