[chef] chef (solo?) explanation for: Attribute hotspot is not defined

Hi,
I'm wrestling with starting a chef server under Vagrant 0.7, while
things ran under Vagrant 0.6.8, I think the error I'm seeing here is
related to chef (0.9.12):
