[chef] Re: [ANN] Chef 0.10 is released

Many congrats on getting this out of the door. I think environments
are going to be a huge step towards far wider adoption, and all the
other changes in this release look like awesome sauce (i may be
slightly biased on the environments thing ;) )
Hope y'all in Opscode HQ will be raising a few pints this evening.
