Thanks for your help. The linked patch looks exactly as it would fix the problem. I guess I'll wait for 0.10.4 and use knife until then unless it helps you If I test the patch.

Yes you are absolutely right. I thought they would have merged that into 0.10.2. But it turned out that the resolution will be only merged into 0.10.4...
