[chef] Deploy resource and :rollback

Does anyone have a good example of how you would use the :rollback
action of the deploy resource? I'm having no luck wrapping my head
around how this would work with a deployment strategy that tracks
master (or any other revision based strategy for that matter).

I.e. If I'm deploying master, and need to roll back, A) how do I do
that, and B) won't the next chef-client run just redeploy the code I
just rolled back from?
